Bird and Trout – Damascus

This is one of my new design Bird and Trout knives and is a cross between the Lon Humphrey Bird and Trout and the Bark River Bird and Trout.  The steel is Damascus raindrop pattern stainless bar that has been pre heat treated to 61 Rockwell.  I purchased the steel bar from AusMaker supplies in Sydney and cut and shaped the knives myself.
